Types of Tickets
Adult
For individuals above the age of 15 years
Child
For individuals between the ages of 5 and 15 years. Under 5 years travel free
Senior
For individuals above the age of 60 years (only available at the ticket office)
Student
For students, a valid student identity card must be presented upon boarding the vessel at any of the piers (only available at the ticket office)
Family
For 2 adults and up to 3 children
One-way
A single ticket is valid one way from your chosen destination and can only be used once.
Round-trip
Return tickets are valid from your chosen destination and the return part of the trip can be taken at any time on the same day.
2 Day River Pass
Valid 2 days for unlimited journeys.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased through our website are eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time. For cancellations, please contact us at info@thamesriversightseeing.com providing your booking number.
