Access is only through Westminster Underground Station. No other entrances or walking routes to the pier are permitted.
Your Port of London boarding pass will be emailed before the event. Each guest must print their own pass and show it at the security point inside Westminster Station.
Yes. The boats moor near Big Ben with excellent views of the London Eye fireworks (subject to the Mayor’s discretion and river conditions).
Yes. There is a fully licensed bar accepting both cash and card. You may also pre-book champagne for the midnight toast.
Yes. Both vessels are equipped with onboard toilet facilities.
No. Outside drinks, alcohol, or liquids are not permitted onboard.
No. Seating is unreserved. We recommend arriving early to find a comfortable spot.
Yes, all ages are welcome. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. After this period, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The full experience lasts approximately 3.5 hours, including boarding, cruising, and the fireworks display.
Smart-casual or festive attire is recommended. If you plan to spend time on the open deck during the fireworks, please dress warmly.
