Accessibility on Thames River Sightseeing
Most of our vessels have been designed or adapted for passengers in wheelchairs. If you intend to travel with a wheelchair, you may be required to wait for a vessel which is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, electric wheelchairs are not allowed.
Accessible Facilities
We offer a 50% discount on the normal fare for Freedom Pass holders, wheelchair users or any other disabled person with a valid disability badge. In addition, we offer a 50% discount for one carer per disabled person. The discount does apply to our regular adult and child tickets and it does not apply to our Family Pass as it is already discounted.
If you wish to purchase your discounted disabled and carer ticket in advance, please send us an email at bookings@thamesriversightseeing.com providing proof of disability and we will send you the 50% off unique promo code to be used at checkout when booking online. Please contact us at least 72 hours before the selected date.
Dog-friendly service
We also welcome dogs and guide dogs onto all our boats – indeed, we are very dog friendly and are more than happy if you want to bring your canine family members on the cruise with you.
